Welcome to Atlantic Home Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Atlantic Home Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Delray Beach, Florida, and surrounding areas.

1.1 Services Offered

  • Standard and recurring house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Office and small commercial cleaning

1.2 Service Agreement

Service details, pricing, and scope will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated and confirmed before the scheduled appointment.

2. Scheduling and Access

2.1 Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled in advance. We will provide confirmation of your scheduled date and time. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, though occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Property Access

You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. This may include providing keys, codes, or other entry methods. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

2.3 Pets

Please inform us of any pets on the premises. While we love animals, securing pets during our visit can help us work more efficiently and safely.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Service pricing is based on the scope of work, size of the property, and any additional services requested. We will provide a quote before services begin.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

3.3 Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 7 days of the service date may be subject to late fees and/or suspension of future services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Notice Requirements

We understand that schedules change. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees.

4.2 Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4.3 No-Shows

If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the property or complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control, the full service fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

5.1 Our Commitment

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service.

5.2 Resolution Process

We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a return visit to address specific issues at no additional charge within 48 hours of your notification.

5.3 Limitations

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to services performed and does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods, or areas not included in the agreed-upon service scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Care of Property

Our team takes great care when cleaning your home. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in pre-existing poor condition.

6.2 Pre-existing Damage

We recommend informing us of any pre-existing damage or delicate items before cleaning. We are not liable for existing conditions discovered during cleaning.

6.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.4 Insurance

We carry appropriate business insurance. Documentation is available upon request.

7. Communication

7.1 Service Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your scheduled services, appointment reminders, and important updates.

7.2 Marketing Communications

With your consent, we may send promotional offers and newsletters. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, our services, or pricing at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
